
Tamar Nachshon
Designer
Tamar is an interior architect and artist with over ten years of professional experience in architecture, interiors, construction, and design. She enjoys and values a creative process that translates unique narratives into beautiful, functional spaces for her clients.
Her recent work includes residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. She has successfully designed numerous projects, including a handful of stunning 12,000 sq ft homes in the Hollywood Hills, to many extensive remodels in Oakland, Lafayette, Piedmont, and Berkeley, as well as restaurant/bar renovations in Manhattan Beach, Westchester, and a country club in Pasadena. In addition, she has completed complex large-scale projects, experiential retreats, corporate interiors, retail, mixed-use projects, and residential projects throughout California.
Tamar’s experience includes working at small and large firms such as the international firm Hirsch Bedner and Associates, Los Angeles, and Canyon Design Build, Oakland.
This background has given her an informed eye to navigate all phases of the design process, from feasibility to construction administration.
Tamar earned a master’s degree in interior architecture from Cal Poly, Pomona, and a bachelor’s degree in Studio Arts, specializing in painting. More recently, she has obtained her LEED GA certification.
