Houseworks

This three-level loft was purchased by our clients to combine their two households. They discovered quickly though that the existing space was geared more towards a singular living style. To address their shared needs, we reconfigured the master suite to include a seating area and fireplace to relax, read, and watch movies. The enlarged spa bathroom now includes a shower for two, a private water closet and walls clad in linear porcelain tile adding an urban flair. A custom walk-in closet accommodates two wardrobes with added storage. The main level has updated finishes on the floors, stairs, and walls and new custom mechanical shades that offer privacy and keep the home cool. The third level includes an air conditioning and fan system for improved circulation. Our clients now enjoy a home they can comfortably share.
