Noe Valley Backyard Sanctuary Addition

Our clients had three goals for remodeling their home: to create an outdoor sanctuary for relaxing, entertaining, and play; to add a multi-function indoor/outdoor family room that could also serve as a guest bedroom, and to update and enlarge the master bathroom. Our design team created a plan which included access to the reconfigured multi-tiered backyard and new lower level by adding the stairway from the proposed upper deck. Under the deck, the multi-function room addition boasts expansive glass and doors opening to the lower-level patio and backyard. The completely remodeled master bath features a Restoration Hardware vanity, an enlarged shower with dual heads, and subway tiles for a classic clean look. The selected finishes resulted in a high level of architectural interest, while the indoor/outdoor additions added more functional living ease and comfort.
